I have been with Plusnet for WiFi since 2010 ….. the service has been excellent ! I recently found an offer to gain a whole package of services under a single provider and that provider is also my Energy Supplier.
So I’ve had to switch my WiFi provider to the package one ……. I can only hope that the new service provider is as good as PLUSNET whom I will miss !

Don't touch plusnet with a barge pole we haven't had a bill since June got told we will get one out there are millions of people in the same position my husband asked how much to cancel the contract they are shocking £92.80 plus the bill no we should get the bill waivered as it's their fault I have to keep connecting every day all day to the internet and keeps stopping and buffering the TV worst company we have come across please do not touch them they really are bad
