Ordered a few of these barrels. Received an e-mail with an estimated delivery timeline. Delivery timeline came and went. I logged in to the account to check on things. See a notice that delivery was completed. I then pull up the tracking number and see no entries except paperwork being sent to the shipper. No activity in a week. I end up e-mailing customer support and receive a reply to the effect of "looks like it's lost, oh well, here's a refund".

I couldn't have the courtesy of being informed they never intended to deliver the product or they had stock issues. I had to go through their website, read conflicting delivery information and reach out to be informed that I had been wasting my time for weeks waiting for delivery to be completed when they had no intention of delivery or notifying me about the purchase. If they were courteous or organized I could have ordered barrels from another supplier and received my items by now. Now I'm out several weeks of my time for nothing.

When I tried to post the above review to their website they would not let it be published. They won't allow valid criticism to show on their platform. Awful.

I purchased a towel set which was advertised as being 900gsm (grams per square meter). These towels were expected to be some of thickest on the market. What they sent were as thin as beach towels. Nowhere on the packaging did the towels claim to be 900gsm.

I asked them for a refund. I was told that they would only give me a partial refund and a return address label to ship the package back, within 24 hours. It has been a week and I have not received the return instructions.

I ordered a table about a week ago and the day before the delivery I received an email saying they canceled my order. Now it is the Holidays and my children, and I have nothing to eat on at this time. I will never order from this website ever again.

Very surprised to see all the bad reviews here. My experience was great! I bought a bed headboard. Checkout was easy, and delivery was much faster than advertised. Five stars well deserved.

Do not buy from this company. My merchandise was shipped to the wrong address and they did not even try to redirect it to the correct address. I had to get a third party involved.

bought a chair. was not what i expected and even asked about the issue before buying. custoer service is bordering on harrassment with the constant emails. save the headache and shop elsewhere.

I saw a mirror for sale from a company I was familiar with and placed the order and then found out it would be sent out in 4 weeks. I told them I would look around and found the same mirror on Hayneedle and they told me they could get it to me sooner for less. And they did. I still can't believe it. I have it in 11 days and it doesn't have a scratch on it. I couldn't be happier.

I have purchased several pieces from Hayneedle. I have loved or enjoyed each piece. Some really unique items. However, I ordered a dresser. I love it & it would have been perfect. I purchased delivery & delivery to the room. When it came time to have the dresser delivered the driver whined & belly ached about delivering it. I was extremely disappointed. CS then told me they dont deliver to my area. BS. they do... just not to me. :I

Don’t buy from them purchased a porch swing took for ever to get here then no bolts nails or hardware . Call been over a week still nothing this was a birthday present for my daughter so I have to go buy stuff costing more money + swing stunk had smell cheap garbage. Stay away ! Shan’t stand behind there sells Walmart owns them

i recieved my 1 bookcase today 8/8/2021 n not to my surprize it was a disaster. the fed ex driver never even bothered to buzz my unit to let me know he left it on the floor at the mailboxes and didnot bring it up to my door. im 70 a disabled vet n wen i finally had 2 neighbors haul it up for me n opened the box i could not believe my eyes it is not wood it is compressed wood even after talking to a rep about these shelfs it looks as though you need a masters degree to put this thing together. this was my first order n im sorry for that because there will not be a second. sauder should be ashamed to call these all wood and hayneedle should know what there selling. back to the amish built products only these shelfs will loosen n fall apart in just a few short years.

I was looking for a shoe storage bench on-line on other sites, got a drop-down notice of a better price at Hayneedle. The price was certainly much better and I almost spontaneously ordered it from Hayneedle. After placing that order I had a sinking feeling and did some quick research on Hayneedle and had immediate Buyers Remorse. The reviews were not encouraging and I started preparing to go to war on this purchase. I was sweating it out for about two weeks then the item was received in good condition and as stipulated. I had no problems. Maybe they are trying to do better, I don't know, but in my case it worked just fine. I can't promise anything but my experience was good. Good luck.

I truly can’t emphasize this enough.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 3 counter stool. The quality was very poor, very cheap looking. Looked nothing like the photo. I requested return authorization & that part was fine. Now I can’t get Hayneedle to return my money. On 2 occasions they said they had credited my account, but wouldn’t send proof of refund. Repeated told me to check my back statement & even asked me to send them a copy of my bank statement. This is going on 5 weeks now - & no refund so far. Stay away - it will save you a great deal of frustration & annoyance. Their products are cheap & I believe entire company is shady.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a riverside aberdeen round dining table 6/16($1339.05). According to them, it was damaged during shipping and I have been waiting several weeks for a refund. Each time I call, they tell me it should be refunded any day now. A month later, no refund.

I wish I had read the reviews about Hayneedle before I ordered from them. I never received the ottoman I ordered after 4 promises it would be delivered. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, after which Hayneedle recharged me for the ottoman I never received. I have spent untold hours trying to get this matter resolved. It now looks like I will need to sue them in small claims court. A word to the wise: don't ever order from Hayneedle. Walmart should be ashamed.

Nothing but fraud and scamming the entire time. My address is auto filled CORRECTLY. I immediately noticed a change in two numbers...middle numbers as in their scamming practice. I notified immediately and rcvd an odd unto response about their inability to see my information? As well, the price of my item immediately increased from &15 to $49? In the end I was told FedEx, who never received item, was unable to deliver and I could reorder the item for $49. BBB and Attorney General must investigate this company and their business practices. As well, they now state they have no record of my order #?

Look, I never write bad reviews, but I am beyond frustrated. My order arrived in their shipping warehouse more than a week ago now. I scheduled an appointment for delivery with the provider that they use, Estes Forwarding Worldwide, online, and the day of, no one showed up. Of course, you can’t just reschedule, you have to call in and be on hold for about 20 minutes before you can talk to someone who can’t even reschedule for you, but has to call SOMEWHERE else to reschedule for you. They won’t give you the right number to call either. I’ve called in about 9 times now, very nicely, and rescheduled FIVE times. Five days where, if I weren’t able to work from home right now, I would have wasted my entire day waiting at home for this large item to not be left out in the rain.

Now, of those 5 times I scheduled only once did the item actually go out on the truck for delivery. Only to not be delivered. Why? Because the appointment “wasn’t fully confirmed”. What?? I called, they scheduled it, the item was on the truck... And now I have to wait multiple days in between for them to now apparently call me to reschedule. At this point I don’t think it’ll ever arrive... Don’t buy from Hayneedle. Search the item, and buy it literally anywhere else.

This company will not refund all your returns! Even when you have all the proof! Had to request a dispute thru my bank. They said their computer said they paid me but I did not get a refund. Have all proof. Filed a complaint with federal trade commission also! Basically called me a liar in not so many terms. My bank did research on my card. No refund came thru!!! I tried thru customer service several times to no avail.!!

Bought expensive chairs ($100+ each). They both broke within 5 months - HayNeedle offered no help whatsoever. They go with the classic “We don’t care that we sell junk and we already have your money, so buzz off.” approach to customer service.

I placed an order for a 5 piece Chintaly Kalinda dining set. I only received 2 chairs. I called Hayneedle & was told I only ordered 2 chairs. I provided them with the correct order # and invoice showing 5 pieces. Hayneedle stated there was an error in the posting and it should have only been for 2 chairs.

We purchased a coffee table and an end table from Hayneedle. They were wobbly from the beginning and got worse over time. This morning the coffee table was completely collapsed. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra couple of dollars and get something good!!
