We knew we wanted to go on a safari
We knew we wanted to go on a safari, but there were so many online it was confusing. I had looked at Newmarket travel and Millie assured us that the company had really good reviews. She was very friendly and patient with us ,reading through the itinerary. She seemed genuinely excited for us ,as she knew it was a huge adventure for us.

We found that the choice on the internet was too difficult to navigate and Amie at Hays Allestree found us the right holiday and we booked on the day to secure the room and facilities that we were searching for.

Outstanding service
We dealt with Arran at the Derby branch. He consistently delivers outstanding service and has done so over many years.
With this particular booking, I had a query and Arran responded the next day, with a note to say my query had been amended. He is to be commended.
