They were really helpful with my booking and explained all the flight connections and alternatives. She really worked hard to get us the best deal and flight details for our booking. The young lady greeted us with a welcome smile and enthusiasm. She
listened to what we wanted, she searched and gave us choices of various budgets and timings. We felt very comfortable dealing with her, nothing was too much trouble. We were in there nearly three hours booking a hotel, flights, transfers, excursions, money cards and insurance, therefore she worked through lunch time without a murmur of dissatisfaction. Very professional and knowledgeable. The after sale service of the continued admin and booking in sounds amazing. We don’t do this kind of thing very often so knowing everything has been taken care off and we don’t need to worry about anything, has taken away so much stress already, we will definitely go back to book any more adventures that we would be fortunate enough to have. The shop was clean and tidy, the other member of staff was also very friendly and welcoming. A top rate experience.
