My husband and I had booked a return visit to a hotel we’d stayed at last year. After booking we read the most recent reviews, expecting to read how great the hotel experience was. The opposite happened. Reviews were awful. We returned to Hays in Annan and Allison , who had booked the original hotel for us could not have been more helpful. We sourced another hotel , ( reading the reviews before booking ) and are looking forward to visiting Zante. Allison and the team in the Annan branch are fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and patient!! The Annan team are a credit to the company.
