My agent was Tracy, she was an absolute breath of fresh air!
She honestly looked at so many hotels with me going through all the options and I settled on a recommendation that she made it was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for.
She took her time with me and made me feel valued even though the queue behind me was lengthy.
We normally arrange our holidays online but after this experience I would 100% use Hays in the future!

Tracey in Arbroath was fantastic
Tracey was fantastic with helping us find our first family holiday. Kids are 10 & 12 and not been abroad before so needed something that would entertain them and somewhere that had enough space for us all in one room.
We went in with no real idea of where wanted to go or what was going to suit us best. Tracey’s knowledge of the areas and the hotels that she has visited herself of regularly books for customers was great and eased us making our final decision
