Excellent customer service
Highly recommend for tailoring holidays to suit your individual needs. Kerry was very efficient, knowledgeable, explaining everything and understood exactly what I wanted from the holiday. She kept me informed by email sending all documents through with a breakdown of everything, and managed to get me the best deal for a solo traveller.
Even when I wanted to tweak a few things here and there regarding the cruise itenary- this was not a problem.
It was so nice just letting someone else take care of all the booking process rather than me searching the internet for the best deals and trying to combine flights to coincide with the cruise.
Lovely friendly staff in the branch too.
Will definitely book again.
