Not wheelchair friendly and to far from main attractions
Tracey is on a wheelchair so before we booked the hotel we asked if it was accessible or wheelchair friendly they said yes it was it turned out to be on a massive hill which took me 15 minutes to push her up there where trams near the hotel but they aren't wheelchair friendly

A pleasant experience
I called into Hays Travel in the Fairhill Shopping Centre in Ballymena, not to book a holiday, but to purchase some travel vouchers for my Son and Daughter in Law for a Christmas present. I have to say the young lady who attended to me was so pleasant, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. If I was booking a holiday it would certainly have given me the incentive to book one with Hays Travel as it was such a pleasant experience.
