Hi thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my thoughts...
I tried to book my holiday on two occasions, both occasions the branch was shut for lunch . ( Went on different times ).When I finally got into the branch ,I had to wait due to only 1 member of staff been there .
Lucy was excellent, tailored to my needs ,as I was confirming 1 booking Id already had, and booking a new holiday.
She went above and beyond even thou we was getting interrupted due out the booking , as the phones where ringing.A customer wanted confirmation on his holiday ,etc etc .
I was very disappointed as my holiday had gone up £120, which I wouldn't have been paying if I had the opportunity to book when I first visit , due to P&O having 1st week sale/discount,launching the new broucher.... Can honestly say this branch is welcoming and professional even thou it's under staffed .

Booked a last minute trip to Rhodes. Lucy gave useful advice about the local area, and what to see and do to make the most of my 4 days there. All of my tickets were printed there and then and they did my check in for me so I could go straight through security as I only had hand luggage. This was my second booking at Barnard Castle and it won’t be my last, all of the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

A wonderful sales consultant Vanda dealt with our booking. She was patient and listened to what we required.
Nothing was too much trouble .
We will definitely use this agent again.

Lucy spent ages creating an individual holiday plan for us. She is very knowledgeable and offered really helpful advice which should make this holiday very special.

I would always book up with hays and no where else. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the holidays I have booked with them. They don’t rush you, you have time to choose your destination.

We appreciate the knowledge of Lucy who is our go to travel consultant.
She listens to our requirements and advises accordingly.
When we decide which tour or package holiday we would like to go on,we sit back and Lucy organises everything for us.
