Booking was so easy and staff very welcoming and as an OAP they had all the time inthe world me especially as i require a walk in shower. I will recomend Hays travel to all.

All the staff are extremely helpful and professional from the first booking to checking us in and printing all our documents out for a couple in our 70s I cannot stress how much help this is to us .we have booked three holidays with this company this year and already booked for next year keep up the good work
