So far so good! Mike was very thorough in looking for the right holiday we were after. We were with him for about an hour and settled on a holiday in Madeira which we booked. Very happy with his friendliness and knowledge.

Excellent customer service - Suzanne patiently worked her way through all the options, taking the time to find suitable hotels and room preferences. Even when we changed our original brief Suzanne took the time to find our ideal holiday in Tuscany and even found us better flights. So nice to have face to face, in person assistance instead of AI. Would highly recommend.

Very efficient, excellent service.
We had excellent service from Holly who kept us informed as she organized our holiday to Sicily. She was able to plan the two hotels we wanted and the flights.

Booking our holiday to Budapest was a very easy and pleasant experience. Apart from dates we had a blank sheet and Millie helped us spending time finding suitable flights and times, and then a good hotel in the city centre. Holiday booked no complaints.
