My first visit was to meet Susanne who was extremely helpful, then met Jessica who booked everything smoothly and efficiently. Only disappointment was no mention of resort fees before actually sitting down and booking. On a 15k holiday it should have been cancelled.

Wrong date
The staff were great, the service itself was great, unfortunately flights were booked a day later than I actually planned without me noticing at the time. It could have been a misunderstanding/mis-communication thing, but I will use Hays Travel again even if it was a few quid cheaper to book my flights online myself. With Hays I had actual human beings and the reassurance that I wasn't handing my money over to some scam website
