Great face to face experience
Lovely staff, Eleanor and her supervisor found my holiday quickly, very good price. No fuss experience first time there but will book through them again. Lovely to see someone face to face.

The consultant was very knowledgeable, and helpful, when there were no cabins showing on her system.
She was persistent with the travel company and was finally able to make the booking.

Always a good service and price
We've used the former Thomas Cook branch of Hays Bedford several times now, on a few occasions on a like for like comparison through other online holiday booking companies, for the exact same package, the price was slightly less in the branch.
The staff are always really polite and accommodating
