Rachel made the booking experience…
Rachel made the booking experience really easy with her knowledge of the hotels and spainish islands. We are travelling with our disabled daughter so Rachel made sure we were aware of potential pitfuls of longer transfers etc and ensured we have assisted boarding. Cant wait for the holiday now !

Went into your East Street branch, saw a nice lady, Jackie, she was pleasant and extremely helpful. I have a tracheotomy and she was understanding and found the holiday I wanted. She was great, what ever your paying her it isn’t enough. Please thank her on my behalf I’m very grateful
