Rebecca was extremely helpful on both occasions my husband and I visited and made our booking very easily. Rebecca had a lovely attitude and was polite throughout. Wish there were more Rebecca's.

Bespoke Holiday
This is the second time we have asked Hays Travel to produce a bespoke and very personal holiday for my wife and I. The service we have had from Shauni at Hays Travel in Berwick-upon-Tweed has been quite outstanding. She listened very carefully to what we wanted and then produced exactly what was required. First holiday abroad
We came to book a holiday for the first time - not really knowing what we were doing! We spoke to Danielle who asked us a few questions and (patiently!) guided us through our options, giving us all the information and advice we needed. Now we can just look forward to our holiday-thank you!
