For me, this is the best way to make travel arrangements because the booking experience is straightforward and I feel more confident that I am getting more personal support . Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and are able to answer my questions and offer advice.

The staff in Hays Travel Beverley always go that extra mile for us. We don't always know where we want to go when we go in there and with their help we always find the perfect holiday. Wouldn't use anywhere else

Sally was excellent. She researched what was available and put together a holiday which exceeded our expectations. She was very friendly, patient, made suggestions and adapted the quote to suit our needs. She went above and beyond and we will definitely use Hays Beverley for future bookings. We have used them in the past and have never felt rushed when in the store and all of the staff are excellent and very knowledgeable.

Sally is absolutely fantastic. She is friendly and welcoming, she took her time to find out what kind of holiday we would like, and thoroughly searched to find the perfect holiday for us, and the best price.

I have been booking my holidays with Hays Travel (Beverley) for many years. Sally and her staff are always helpful and welcome you in the office with a smile. They will discuss your options in a professional and friendly manner. I recently booked a holiday to Majorca next year, but I changed my mind on the flight times. Sally was really helpful in changing flights. What a great team.
