Looking for our ideal holiday
We had an idea of what type of holiday we wanted but not where to go. Sophia was very helpful and knowledgeable and identified options. She then helped us review the options and found a very good hotel with the facilities we were looking for in a location we liked, then took us through the booking process.

HAYS - No problems & good service
We like to support local businesses' and Hays is on our doorstep. It is also good to speak to a person face to face so that you can clarify any queries/questions. Service has always been good and you can normally find the holiday you want within your budget.

Starting over again
I had cancelled a holiday and needed to start again. I went into the store at Bexleyheath with a couple of options in mind. The member of staff that I spoke with was very patient and brought up a lot more options for me that I hadn't known about. She also said they would deal with checking in for me, which not being very good with on line procedures was a bonus.
