Helpful, friendly agent
My husband I wanted to book a holiday Australia, we had an idea of the places we wanted to visit. The agent spent a lot of time finding different tours with different companies and pricing them up for us.
The agent was very polite, friendly and professional.
We found one that had everything I that we wanted and more.
