Our upcoming holiday in Rhodes will be our fourth with Hays Travel (a bit of a hint as to our satisfaction). On this occasion as with others we have been looked after by Scott who is never without a smile and is very efficient. Prior to a previous holiday we were alerted to the likelihood of building works near our chosen hotel. We were offered a change which resulted in a partial refund but still a great hotel and holiday.
I'm sure that other branches of Hays Travel will be of a similar standard so I highly recommend them
