Week in Paris
Excellent friendly service from approachable staff who were very helpful and communicated efficiently and promptly, being happy to clarify and answer any queries. They were able to source and book the Eurostar return journey, appropriate hotel and the excursions we had on our wish list for us. This made life a lot easier for us!!

The young lady who dealt with my enquiry, and also her colleague who was not engaged with a customer at the time, were very pleasant and helpful - they did not try to chivvy me along and me to leave before everything was to my satisfaction.
