Popped into the Chesterfield branch to enquire about a holiday to Japan , knew it would be something that needed leaving with them.. 2 days later they sent through an itinerary with the dates we'd given at a great price . Booked it another 2 days later after giving it some thought 😊

Leanne was amazing
Leanne was amazing, right from the moment I walked in the store she couldn’t do enough, listened to exactly what I wanted and took the time to find the holiday with a coffee included! There was no pressure to book there and then but I left my details and she emailed the holiday info over to me and followed it up with a phone call to make sure I’d received it. I’m definitely glad I popped into Hays Travel as I would have never found the holiday myself so thank you.
