We were helped by an apprentice who listened carefully to our requests and very efficiently found us a holiday We were happy to book. She sought help when required to ensure she was doing everything correctly and was supported well by a more experienced member of staff. We booked a once in a lifetime holiday with Sarah at Hays in Chippenham, and I just wanted to say how amazing it was. Sarah had done a great job of sorting flights ( we had seven in all) and organised pick ups from airports / hotels and all worked perfectly and on time ,we couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend using Hays in Chippenham.
