I was given all the help I needed to…
I was given all the help I needed to sort out my holiday but my future Partner was vague about the holiday that I decided to cancel it.
They were so understanding about me wanting to cancel my holiday because of my partners vagueness that if he was to change his mind and wanted to go to Norway, I would not hesitate to go back to Hays Travel at Cleveleys.
The biggest attraction was that my future husband would not have to drive.
He would be travelling by coach from Blackpool airport and his car would be looked after whilst he was on his Honeymoon with me.

Good Overall Service
Apart from not taking my phone number during initial enquiry and taking down email address incorrectly this could have saved a 4 hour delay by which time the holiday had gone up. However, once I made contact again this was resent, decision made in 5 mins and called and booked. Good service and friendly staff well done and good experience. Ensure you take all customer contact details when they first contact you in regards to enquiries
