Hi my experience with hays travel Colchester was lovely from the moment I walk in I was well look after by a very nice young lady called Chloe
Who was very informative about where I wanted to go and booked exactly the right holiday for me and my husband thank you

Chloe was amazing and if she didn’t have the answer she researched the information and found the answer. So great to be actually able to talk to someone and have a local office to walk into if necessary. Definite worth the 5 stars I have awarded

They was so very helpful and arranged a holiday that met my budget within 4 hours

Absolutely fantastic service
I have never booked or travelled abroad on my own before, so had lots of questions.
Chloe my agent was great, I had no idea where I wanted to go, apart from that I needed some sunshine.
And that it was a last minute booking.
I was given all the information I needed from start to finish clearly and concise.
Chloe made the whole thing a pleasure.
And made me walk out the agency with a smile on my face.
Will definitely be using Hays travel again.

Went into Hays travel Colchester branch yesterday to book our trip to China. We were greeted by Lily who was very attentive and explained every option and made the booking a breeze and followed up with a couple of emails to comfirm our booking.

the manager at Hays Colchester made us so welcome and delt with our booking with grace and a smile, it was like talking to a member of the family. Thank you

Went in for help for a cruise it was booked online has a xmas present for myself and my partner im not a computer person all my cruises have always gone through hays travel as have the travel insurance been purchased there ! I asked for help to complete my on board info on my phone and was told that because I didn't book cruise through hays travel they wouldn't help me .. I have purchased £1000's of pounds worth of cruises through colchester travel agents and dispointed dont even cover how i felt when I left your branch .

I cannot praise Hays travel in Colchester highly enough. The staff bend over backwards to help you get the holiday you want, especially Emma who always helps me and my friend to get what we need (as I am disabled) for our holiday.
