To be honest all the staff are lovely and we always book our holidays through the Cramlington branch. They always match the price online, even cheaper sometimes. We wouldn’t book our holiday anywhere else.

Great service from Hays Travel
We always book our holidays through Hays Travel in Cramlington. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Faye helped us book holidays yesterday and she is great and gives first class and friendly service, she is also very knowledgeable. She gave us lots of advice and information on Sicily yesterday which is a place we are definitely looking forward to going to next year. We would highly recommend Hays Travel in Cramlington.
