We went in the shop with a destination & hotel in mind.But we found the young lady very helpful,polite and patient with us old pensioners.

We called into our local Hays branch in Cramlington and Richey was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite in finding the exact holiday we were looking for. Very happy 😊. Thank you!

Very helpful rep (Max), told him what our preferences were including location, duration & board. Got exactly what we wanted & we’re very happy with the whole experience especially considering the quote was the best we’ve had.

I saw a holiday at a really good price. I telephoned Cramlington Hayes branch, I did not catch the ladies name but she booked the holiday for me and was very helpful and friendly.

The staff are brilliant and always greet you with a smile and good morning / afternoon plus say our first names as we’re in there often enough.
Nothing was a problem for the staff when we were enquiring about our holiday.
They went through everything in detail for us.
Made sure we booked our seats,
the dates we requested,
The type of holiday we wanted.
They even went through the different options we could have on our holiday.

Staff were very helpful and made the booking process easy

As always Lisa was very helpful. Helped us decide between a couple of hotel options and made the whole process of booking a holiday very easy. We were booking for more than one couple in separate bookings and the whole process was seamless and the bookings are linked. Wouldn’t hesitate to go to hays for all holiday bookings as it’s easier than doing online and the price was no different.

Staff always happy to help nothing is a problem to make sure you get the right holiday your looking for ..

We always visit our local Hays Travel shop when ever we want to book a holiday. As always we went in knowing where we wanted to go and when ( with some flexibility) and we left having booked exactly what we wanted , with help . As always EXCELLENT SERVICE
