Great service once again I always religh on Hayes at crook many thanks to Chelsey

Everyone was so helpful, and helped me get the travel insurance I needed for holidays.

Visited shop after making enquiries with Dec Spencer prior to visit. Extremely hot day. Shop was busy, air conditioning on and everyone cheerful and chatty which put us in holiday mood. We always book with Dec now. He's relaxed , friendly, always has a smile. He'd already done all the groundwork, found out our preferences and had checked the price that morning. He makes the whole experience a positive one when I can feel quite anxious about getting everything right and paying large amounts. To top it off he managed to get us a private transfer for not too much more, booked our seats and gave us the prices for airport parking which we ll do with him from now on. He also managed to get travel insurance for our last holiday on may when we couldn't get it with an insurance broker we usually go too so we took the years insurance. Thanks to the team in Hays including Julie for travel money but a huge thank you to Dec . We ll be back!

Declan was very kind and discussed all our concerns and requests. We are really looking forward to our first cruise.

We contact the shop, via phone. The team were excellent in helping us choose our holiday. They sent many different options and once we chose our holiday they were able to add extra to our holiday. They are always at the end of the phone, everything g is prepared for you to collect before you. We actually don’t use any other place to book our trips and holidays. Outstandingly good service. 5 stars
