First time have booked with Hays Travel, really good experience Evelyn our agent took her time and gave us very good advice as it was a cruise holiday she was excellent at helping us choose our cabin which one she thought would be best for us.Very happy

We seen a fantastic offer on Facebook for a holiday to Benidorm, I thought it would be sold out but I called the Cumbernauld shop and spoke to Sandra. She was very helpful and polite and got us booked in no problem. When I discovered the next day I’d gave some incorrect information I called back and spoke to Sandra again who sorted everything out without any issues. We are very grateful to Sandra for all her help. I’ve now downloaded the Hays app which is good and helpful as all our holiday information is on one easy to find place. We’d definitely book with Hays travel again.

Lauren was fabulous, so patient and understanding, such a lovely young girl, beautiful inside and out.
I unfortunately have restricted mobility and special dietary requirements so she spent such a long time researching each resort for us. We are now heading to Domes Aulus in Zante on Sunday for our honeymoon 😊 Honestly we cannot thank her enough. ❤️

I don't go anywhere else to book my holidays, I have always had top class service from all the staff in the Cumbernauld branch and yesterday was no exception. The staff are not only very professional but are friendly and always go the extra mile to put you at ease.

Booking the holiday was made really easy and the staff went out of their way to make it as easy as possible giving us the best deal. The booking process was easy and without stress. The service as always was great.

The staff are so helpful and professional. The communication is fantastic. Price match and the different payment options suit us down to the ground.
The staff make you feel like you did back in the day before the web, very customer focused.
Would definitely recommend the team in Cumbernauld.
