Excited to have booked another great holiday with Hays Travel. We booked with Owen again at the Darlington branch and he was great. Really professional as well as friendly and gave us some great honest advice about our holiday choice. All smooth and hassle free. Great service.

I had such a fantastic experience with Owen at Hays Travel! He spent so much time with me going through all of the different options for my honeymoon next year, and I never felt rushed. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect holiday.

Yesterday we where lucky to be looked after by Owen when trying to decide on what cruise to book up for next April. After lots of information and advice we booked up a very good value and interesting cruise around the Canery Islands and Maderia.There was no hard sell ,just good old fashioned friendly service.

Booking 2027 holiday so easy the travel advisor went the extra mile . We always use Hayes for that reason makes booking holidays so much better staff are always spot on.

Both members of staff were friendly and helpful. We were seen very quickly and the booking went smoothly.

Popped in to see if I could get a last minute holiday to Ibiza, and spoke to Cameron, who went out of his way to help me with my request, I wasn't looking for anything out of my price bracket, thinking I would be getting a basic room, no meal package, but he came up with a brilliant deal in the area i wanted, with half board, deluxe single room, and 20kg baggage and transfer all included for a price that sould have been twice what i got it for. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
