Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. From going the extra mile to make sure we got the holiday we were looking for including searching for options outside office hours, to checking us all in prior to the journey, to giving advice on what to expect and what to take with us. Great last minute holiday to Sicily
I booked just 2 days before flying and the service was very helpful in finding last minute places and deals and seamlessly organised. I had everything I needed at such short notice. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and take a real interest in you and what it is you want from a holiday.

The lady we dealt with was so friendly but more importantly knew exactly what we wanted and was very knowledgable. Too many travel agents we have found in the past do not have enough knowledge even over flights.
