The holiday they booked for me to Coraljello, Furteventura, was everything I asked for, good flight ✈️ times, 1 hour from the airport, lots of swimming 🏊♀️ pools, near to the beach and local to some places to visit, at the Doncaster Branch with Alice.

Great service
Sophie was amazing and sorted us a great holiday going out of her way to sort everything and run through everything with us. I know rail journeys aren't your usual run of the mill holiday but she was a great help and made us feel really at home. Thank you

Lovely friendly service on both occasions.
We were looked after by Mia in the Doncaster branch twice, first, when we went in to discuss options and then secondly when we booked our cruise. She was so helpful on both occasions being extremely thorough and giving us plenty of time to decide without being rushed. A lovely friendly young lady.

First time cruise
Called into the Doncaster store to enquire about prices and options for a cruise (first one). James was very informative and talked us through a few options. No pressure to book.
Came back a couple of days later, booked and received discount.

Brilliant service.

Mia was helpful and well informed, told me what happens next, advised about money & I love the fact you get physical copies of your confirmation etc. Not everyone is tech savvy. I would definitely use Hays Travel again.
