I was undecided about where to go and changed my mind a few times….I initially dealt with Gavin but also spoke to Hope and then finally booked with the help of Megan and another staff member..so sorry I didn’t get your name….from start to finish everyone was, helpful, polite,knowledgable, patient ( which was much needed with me!) and friendly without being over familiar.
