Eleanor is just brilliant

Excellent Service
Gavin the Manager did our booking. He was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. He checked everything and ensured that we had everything we asked for. We have booked holidays at this branch before and go back again and again due to the service we receive.

Cruising with Hayes Travel
I was assisted by Gavin at Hayes Travel in Dorchester. He was both knowledgeable and helpful in booking a cruise. All I can say is that I hope Gavin enjoys his job because he is very good at it and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service
Gavin in Dorchester branch was very good with giving us all the information we needed. As we booked a very last minute trip he checked everything was in order such as passport’s etc. we would definitely use Hays travel again.
