Very professional and friendly!
I went into the Dorchester Branch to find a holiday in Spain. I had some stipulations regarding departure airport, holiday area, length of stay, etc. Megan, who helped me was extremely attentive and very friendly.
We looked at various hotels and she advised on the relative merits of each. I booked and paid for our holiday there and then. I was very impressed with the professional but friendly approach.
