we had excellent service on booking our holiday at Hays Travel Elgin. Leah was very efficient and friendly and made sure we knew all our options and that we were happy with our holiday details. This is our 3rd holiday booked through Hays and we are happy to continue using you. Leah also booked our 1st holiday with you and everything went well , we were very happy.

Karen from the Elgin shop is brilliant we always try to get her whrn booking a holiday, she puts us at ease with our booking explains everything to us with a smile, always willing to help

Have booked my holiday and I am delighted. The staff were all lovely and Leigh listened to me and helped to find the right holiday with all the things that I wanted. As I am a pensioner female and going solo I need to feel safe .Thank you to the staff.

1st time booking a holiday through hays and wont be the last. Leeane was extremely helpful and the process of booking the holiday took about 15 minutes from start to finish! I messaged about an advert and she explained upgrade options and sent photographs and the whole process was very simple! Will use again for sure

Great staff and very helpful as we are both profoundly deaf and one of the manager Karen is a great lady helping us to get our holiday booked so quickly and no problems.would recommend all the staff would be nice to learn signing language such us BSL for any customers who are hard of deaf..I give you 5stars well done..

Iona was extremely courteous and dealt with my enquiry and subsequent booking.
Only disappointment was the price, but then there was nothing could be done about that!

Had popped in earlier in the week and Leanne was very helpful with going through what was best for us as a group booking. Throughout the week she emailed various packages. Went in on Saturday to finalise booking with Iona, as it was Leanne’s day off, who was also very helpful with our enquiry and guided us through our final decision.

Right from the time we walked in the door we were shown respect. The young lady who dealt with us was very pleasant and even when we changed the tour company, although she did not have knowledge of them, she made the effort to investigate this company to provide us with exactly what we required. This diligence makes her a valuable asset to the company and we would not hesitate to do business there again.

Aimee was very friendly and helpful. We are novices about booking abroad and she had a lovely reassuring manner and answered all our questions big or small with patience and knowledge. We felt in safe and competent hands.

Karen provided exceptional service, assisting us in selecting the ideal family vacation. We eagerly anticipate our trip in April.
