Jasmin was amazing! She found me and my partner the best deal. She showed us pictures and gave us options, she and offered to go the extra mile to ask if we could have a sea front room. Hays Travel Failsworth are the best, all I have to do is tell them the date I would like to go away and leave it in there hand. They then send me over a choice of hotels and countries to see and have a look in my time so I pick the one that suits me and my husband. If we don’t like anything they well keep looking till they find us one, they are very good at there job. 10 out of 10
