Holiday of a lifetime
Hi, I've booked 4 x holidays with Hayes travel in Ferndown, Dorset. We've always dealt with Chris the manager. He's always polite, curious and obliging. We've just booked our 5th trip for January 2027, on a Flight/Cruise to Barbados Islands on the Britain's, we cant wait. Chris explained everything so well.

Simple booking
We wanted to book a holiday we had seen on the internet so we went into one of their agencies and was seen by a representative, we found him to be extremely informative, helpful and polite, it was so simple and took away any stress of online booking.

Very professional Travel Agents
Acting on an original basic brief they created a much more interesting holiday, with more convenient travel arrangements and continued offers of after service, as and when required.Staff were very professional and extremely helpful, making the whole experience very pleasant. We definitely recommend the Ferndown Office.
