The staff were extremely helpful and helped me get exactly what I asked for. The service from the staff in store was 5 star.

I was wishing to book a holiday with your company , unfortunately the hotel which we wanted to go to was fully booked,
After talking to the very helpful staff at the Flint branch we changed destination and have booked a lovely week in Tunisia.

After a pretty miserable couple of years, I finally decided to treat my family to a well-deserved holiday and I’m so glad I chose Hays Travel to help make it happen. From the moment I walked in, I was given honest, helpful advice that made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

The travel agent I dealt with was absolutely fantastic friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the perfect holiday for us. Nothing felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with confidence and clarity.

Thanks to their support, I’m now counting down the days with a big smile on my face. I’ll definitely be using Hays Travel again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great holiday experience.

Very helpful

Emma was great, she helped pull together all the elements of our special fly-cruise Asia-Australia for 2028. She was patient and knowledgeable about the 3rd party company, she ensured they were offering us the correct cabin and stay over hotels. Emma asked them the questions we needed to ask (it will be only our 2nd cruise), to ensure we have the dream 70 birthdays cruise (both of us) we both are hoping for.

Use Hayes quite regularly, always a warm welcome, friendly, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Can always pop in with a query and do all the printing of paper work for you
