I booked our Sorrento holiday with Kenny at the Hays Travel Glenrothes branch, and I have to say, he was fantastic from start to finish.
Kenny was really helpful and had a great knowledge of Sorrento, which was a big help when I was deciding where to stay. He was also genuinely pleasant and really easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable.
What really stood out to me was that Kenny went the extra mile. He even contacted the resort directly to make sure they were aware of our requirements and to help ensure everything was arranged for us. That gave me a lot of reassurance and showed that he genuinely cared about getting things right.
Nothing felt like too much trouble, and I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. Kenny took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me find the right holiday for us.
A big thank you to Kenny for making the whole booking experience so easy and enjoyable. We’re now really looking forward to our trip to Sorrento! 🇮🇹☀️😊
