So helpful even when you are having problems
It’s when things go wrong that you can tell which company to trust. We recently had to cancel a holiday and the staff at Hays Glenrothes were so helpful and kind. They really try to look out for you and their suggestions and support make challenging situations a little easier.
We decided to rebook later in the year and Carly couldn’t have been more helpful! I always find all the staff here friendly but still professionals you can trust with all details of your holiday.
Would definitely never book myself online, and will always continue to book through Hays Glenrothes.

Carly was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we went in. So was her colleague, who had booked our friends holiday previously.
Excellent service and do not have one complaint.

They were able to get me exactly what I wanted at a great price and on the dates I needed the staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to find me the best possible deal can't recommend them highly enough 😀
