Hays Travel - Hastings Reviews 

This is the 3rd trip I've booked through Hays Travel. I wanted to go to Sri Lanka to do a week of sightseeing and a week on a beach resort, relaxing. I knew the places I wanted to visit and what I wanted to see, and Millie in the Hastings branch, put it all together for me. I made tweaks to the Itinerary and wanted to upgrade our last week at the beach resort. Nothing was too much for her and she perfected the trip for me. I'
ve booked the 2 week trip and simply can't wait to go.

We have now booked two Holidays this year, with Hayes Travel and have found them so helpful, and they made it all so easy. Just looking forward to the holidays now.

Another cruise booked with Hastings branch of Hays having not used travel agents for many years have booked our last 5 cruises with them.
The service is always good knowing the aftersales with checking yor documents and printing your cabin labels is always a peace of mind and always good for a first time cruiser.

Lovey informative advisor who also helped us to arrange our travel insurance.also managed to buy currency while in store and got information on hays travel money card, which we will purchase nearer to our holiday departure. All in all a very good experience and shall book again with hays for our next holiday which we also did last year.

Emma at Hastings Hayes travel went above and beyond to help us find the right cruise. I’m disabled and was so devastated that We could not get a cruise from Southampton like we wanted as I needed an evac chair. She tried another cruise from there but computer said free but would not book so she tried to call to find out but it was taking a long time to answer then suggested a fly one to meet cruise ship and we said yes please try because at this point I felt like crying as it’s my dream cruise especially going to Rome. We found one from Valetta in Malta right dates for us because of animals being looked after and we get to go more places and we wanted to go back to Malta and see valetta so it was fate. After two long hours Emma was so kind and patient I would recommend them any day of the week. I get to go to piza too so so excited to go. Cost a couple of hundred pounds more but a dream is coming true.
