Great service
Great service, patient and arranged seating with the airline when room on the plane did not appear possible, noting we had 2 children who couldn't sit by the exit doors. Was able to save money in comparison to the on-line direct option.

It was so easy working with Cas when talking about our holiday with friends she went through loads of different hotels and holidays till we found 3 to choose from & show our friends we had no trouble booking on our next visit on 3/8/26. All staff are so helpful Will be using Hays Travel for our next year’s holiday no problem

Went in Hempstead store 1st aug, saw Emma, she really put herself out to find some where in Cyprus to suit our needs, wasn’t able to come up with anything in store, when I contacted her in the afternoon she gave some options and found the flight times we were after, we have now booked with her, I was so impressed with her she was friendly and knew what she was doing, thank you Emma
