We have booked with hays travel before…
We have booked with hays travel before and have always found them helpful.
We booked with the branch in Hemstead Valley Gillingham we spoke to 2 peaple and spoke to one member of staff on the phone, all 3 were helpful. We would recommend hays travel it was a refreshing exspearence The time we was there nothing was rushed and if we needed anymore help we only had to ask. We are now looking forward to our cruise knowing we have backup help if we have any issues leading up to the cruise. If you can can you please let the ladies at the branch know we were very pleased with the sevice they provided.

The service was incredible. We felt our needs were listened too and Caz helped so much in helping us to make decision regarding a place we had never visited.
