My visit to Huddersfield branch.
Today I visited Huddersfield branch and came out with my holiday fully sourced and booked by Kim. I had tried on line to book a fred Olson cruise but couldn't find what I was looking for and neither could Kim. However she didn't give up like I had done she persevered and searched and searched and then got on the phone to Fred Olson for help. Got me all the details printed them off so I could see it met all my needs at a good price. Found what I was looking for so Kim was back on the phone as this cruise was not on her system. What a result and the determination from Kim to be of help without being a pushy sales person sealed the deal. Would I go back to sort my next holiday? Most certainly without a doubt.

Family holiday
Booked a family holiday this time. Hays Huddersfield understood our needs and searched for the optimum deal. Took a while as not all parties present to discuss modifications but we got there eventually. Again really friendly approach in arranging our holiday.
