Harry is very efficient and listened to what we wanted to book unlike our previous booking with KIM when we asked for a hotel that was close to a resort centre and flat as Joy has mobility issues. Instead we ended up at the top of a steep hill and no access to the "resort" barely a village. The only option was a taxi at 40 euros a round trip. Bitterly disappointing.

Both women that looked after me to book a holiday over the xmas period were really attentive to my needs. They stayed calm and found me a brilliant holiday. They appeared knowledgeable about Madeira and answered all my questions.
