From start to finish the communication…
From start to finish the communication was brilliant. When booking via phone call I had Julie helping us find the best deals and options for our family! She made the whole booking experience extremely pleasant and easy. There was no pressure to book anything asap it was all done at an understanding pace! Highly recommend using Hays to take care of everything....! Even down to airport parking and seat allocation! Roll on 2027 ☺️

Brilliant staff at Paragon
Brilliant service after a few days on messenger. The ladies were extremely helpful. Booked our cruise over the phone. I spoke with Rosie, who was again very helpful and the overall booking experience was very easy.
