Elena and Tiffany both really helpful and had lots of local knowledge which helped us decide where to go next.

Sophie booked us a bespoke package so we could go on the days we wanted and found much nicer hotels than we had seen on packages. It is just what we wanted.

Sophie booked our holiday and we left happy. She then rang us to inform us that the price we had paid did not include flights! This was in no way her fault. The company she booked with never once once mentioned this. They even asked what airport we wanted to travel from. Sophie asked what airlines they used, so the man booking the holiday had plenty of opportunity to tell us that flights were not included! Sophie and Reece worked hard to get another holiday as close as to the one we had booked. This one included flights and also added private transfers on. First class service as always. Will always recommend Hays Travel

I met Ele the travel consultant at the Ipswich branch when booking my first holiday 2 years ago. Her knowledge and expertise, friendly approach and being so helpful she now knows what kind of holiday place I would like. I can email her destinations and she will reply promptly with hotels and flights and links for things to do there. Ele is great!

As always, great friendly staff more than happy to help us and find what we are looking for.

Tiffany was extremely helpful and advised us on booking a long haul flight to Australia. As we'd never booked long haul before we wanted some guidance and support to do this. Very haapy with the flights we booked.

The young man that served us was extremely polite and exceptionally good at his job, his knowledge helped us both choose a fantastic hotel at the best possible price. Me and my wife are both in our mid sixties and haven’t been on holiday for several years, we were both a bit nervous, we needn’t have worried at all.
