I contacted Hayes Travel Keynsham several times in May, 2026. I wanted to book a two centre trip over Christmas and New Year 2026/2027.

We went to keynsham to book a last minute cheaper holiday and also a cruise for 2008.As before we were advised by Rachael who was excellent with great knowledge.

This was our first ever holiday with our family of 17 years, we were nervous as we didnt have a clue what to do, what a great travel agents this branch is the staff were so nice and friendly made us feel so relaxed and they did everything so well got it all booked for us a cruise for 5 is so hard online but they made the process so easy thank you so much

We went in to pre-book a cruise for 2028. We required the extra options regarding disabled cruising; the evac chair, the adapted cabin etc. The pre-booking system was new, but Ellie took time to discuss our needs, understood our wants and dealt with us and the P&O system in a calm, professional manner. We appreciated her time and knowledge and have a cruise booking confirmed. Brilliant service.

As always the staff were friendly and professional. We were dealt with by the Manager, Jayne, who used here personal knowledge to advise us and enable us to choose something suitable for our requirements.

Have used Hays before to book flights to Vietnam .This time a package holiday abroad .one thing sticks out to me is they never pressure you to go above budget .

We saw a bargain trip to Turkey in the window, and was greeted by warm welcome by a very helpful young lady who answered all our questions, she quickly sorted all the necessary paperwork, and our holiday was booked.
