Hays Travel - Leeds Crossgate Reviews 

My husband and I decided to book another return to Australia . Because of the service we got from this branch in crossgates from an assistant called racheal we decided to re book with them.. As we expected we again waited for Racheal to finish with another client then we got the professional help again from her .. I have recommended her to my friends for the great assistance she gave us ….

Sorted me for a great holiday.

I was booking a cruise to see the Northern Lights in 2027 . My requirements were not straightforward , I was going with a friend and we wanted single cabins .
Charlotte at Hays in Crossgates was friendly knowledgeable and efficient .At one stage She was fielding calls from 3 different people !
My friend and I are in our 80s and this was my first cruise so I appreciated the way Charlotte dealt with our questions and managed to book the cruise we wanted.
The only slight hitch was the insurance .The insurers wanted extra information from me which involved contacting my doctor and I am awaiting the information from the hospital before my insurance is completed and the cruise booking confirmed.I realise
the insurance is nothing Hays can do anything about
but I am looking forward to February 27 and would recommend Hays for travel!

We were served by Maddie at the Cross Gates Branch, She was friendly, helpful & responded to our requests as my wife has mobility issues. She came up with choices that initially we rejected for review reasons. That didn't put her off & she came up with an alterative that we liked & booked.

Nice lady Joanne Halliwell was very helpful and lot of patient with us as we both are deaf.

Great customer service

Their is no one person that's the best their all so welcoming, smiley, chatty and pleasant. Nothing is too much to ask. On this occasion fantastic as always. 😊

I was booking last minute and was quite fussy with what I wanted nothing at all was a problem for Sarah even though I changed my mind a few times she was extremely helpful and helped me find the best holiday even down to calling hotel to check they had the entertainment that I wanted I will always book through hays makes it so easy than searching yourself

The experience is always consistent, with especially kind and helpful staff at Crossgates branch. Staff are willing to take the time to get the choices absolutely right, have extensive knowledge especially about accessibility on holidays. They don't rush the bookings and are always happy to keep in touch throughout the time between booking and the holiday. Thanks everyone!

Holly was very helpful in finding a good flight for me and arranging some parking.

We always use Hays as the staff are always so friendly and efficient.

We were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the Hays Travel member of staff, particularly with it being a Sunday afternoon when we booked our holiday, and the limited amount of time available to book, due to Sunday opening hours.

The agent, Rachael, was very knowledgeable and if we asked something she didn't know, she found out. Very thorough indeed.
