Fabulous Service
We were really warmly welcomed as we walked through the door. A great start! Jonathan was so helpful in searching out different options for us to choose from until together we found exactly what we were looking for. From the moment I walked in to the shop, the lady greeted me with a warm smile, and was very professional, listening to where I wanted to travel, for my special holiday for me and my wife's 60th birthday and our anniversary of 20 years, the lady helped me pick a beautiful hotel in sa coma. Hipotels Mediterraneo, which me and my wife are really looking forward to, left the marple hays travel shop very satisfied and very happy, the lady gets 10 out of 10 for talking and listening to me about my special holiday with my wife, I would definitely recommend marple hays travel shop to family and friends. 👏👏👏👏👏👍😎.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Got fixed up in a 5* hotel at a price cheaper than one lower rated. Also the overall costs were much cheaper fer me - a single traveller - than anything I found trawling through the net. Will definately use you again.

First time experience …
This is the first time booking with Hays travel and we will definitely be going with them again. Everything was straightforward with no hassle.
